Opentrons App

You can control and work with Flex using either the on-device touchscreen or from a computer running the Opentrons App. This chapter describes how to use the Opentrons software to manage your Flex robot, modules, and other app-only features.

These sections provide step-by-step guidance for installing the App as well as the specialized procedures for rolling back software to earlier versions for troubleshooting or regulatory compliance.

• Transferring Protocols explains how to import, analyze, and transfer protocols to your Flex, including options to start runs immediately or save them for later, and how to manage recent run logs.
