Opentrons Support can help you with warranty issues, parts, repairs, supplies, and other support-related problems or concerns.

Online chat is available from the Opentrons website. Click on the live chat popup on the lower right corner of the page.

Support business hours are Monday through Friday, 4:00 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern Time (UTC–5 in winter, UTC–4 in summer). For after-hours contact and communication, we will do our best to address your issues, but may not be able to provide a proper response until the next business day.

Sales

Sales business hours are Monday through Friday, 4:00 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern Time (UTC–5 in winter, UTC–4 in summer). Sales observes the same holidays as the general office.

Warranty

All hardware purchased from Opentrons is covered under a 1-year standard warranty. Opentrons warrants to the end-user of the products that they will be free of manufacturing defects due to part quality issues or poor workmanship and also warrants that the products will materially conform to Opentrons’ published specifications.
